The slogan:
Under the slogan of the noble verse : “O mankind! We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another. Verily, the most honorable of you with Allâh is that (believer) who has At-Taqwâ. Verily, Allâh is All-Knowing, All-Aware.” Surat Al Hujurat.
The context and the aims:
• The importance of the civil work for the youth in building the awareness and the cultural advancement.
• The international conditions and the privacies of the cultural stage.
• The young men center in the administration of the cultural rushing and the possession of its terms.
• The acquaintance and the visits between the Muslim young men are worship and ties of kinship.
• The necessity of the acculturation and the dialogue between youth in the Islamic World.
The major targets:
• Deepen the emotional doctrinal unity among the youth in the forum.
• To highlight the significant role of youth in the coordination and implementation of civic action projects.
• Activating the civil action through the International Youth Meetings.
• Inherit the Muslim youth to defend the nation's causes and humanitarian issues of fair.
• Discrimination of young people between the common civilization and historical and cultural specificities of the Islamic countries.
The procedural targets:
• Establish a conscious dialogue between the youth in the forum around the problems of advancement and civilization.
• Recognized the youth about the historical and natural characteristics of Morocco.
• To connect the proceedings of the meeting with the scientists, the intellectuals and the Moroccan politicians.
• Expand the common between youth in the culture and the care.
• Weaving a missionary youth culture: intellectual and media through the meeting.
The educational program:
• Praying in the first time.
• Remembering and praising of Allah “Thikr” from the “Sunna” of the prophet peace be upon him together.
• Quranic readings before each prayer.
• Admonition, instructions and lessons of 5 - 7 minutes about Heart Softeners.
• Youth Companions “Sahaba” (A personality after Fajr and Maghrib prayer).
The scientific program:
• Kaaba center of the universe: clear signs.
• The distance between the earth and the sun: miracles and proof.
The intellectual program:
• Session civilization today: the properties and omens.
• Centrality of Muslim youth in the nation's progress.
• The youth between the necessity of the jurisprudence of Sunna and the possession of the manners and ways of jurisprudence.
The communicative program:
• Visit of the King's Advisor; or the Professor Abdul Kabir Mdaghri.
• Visit some of the scientific councils or scientists.
• Visit the governor of Laayoune city.
• Visit the Ministry of Interior.
• Visit the Sahara Advisory Council.
• Visit the government of Marrakech city.
• Visit the authorities of Agadir city.
The tourism defining program:
Casablanca:
o Visit the Hassan II Mosque: parameter and meanings.
Marrakech:
o Visit of Youssef Ibn Tashfin's tomb: the Almoravids country and the confrontation of the crusaders in the Islamic West.
o Visit of the lighthouse : the Almohads and Andalusia: the confrontation and the resistance.
o Visit of the monuments of As-Saadiyin : the Maghreb and the role in Africa.
Agadir:
o Suss the scientist: abstinence and radiation.
Laayoune:
o The history of the desert “Sahara” and the colonial strategy.
Time:
• From January 25 to 31 of 2011.

• Visit 4 cities Morocco Background: Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir, Laayoune

• The signing of a partnership with each party or parties about the supervision of the Mehdi Ben Aboud Foundation of the forum, and the determination of the roles of all collaborating parties.
• Benefits each cooperator signed the partnership document from the supervision and regulation of the meeting.

• The reception of delegations to travel to Rabat to visit the Royal Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abbas Jerari, overnight in Casablanca.
January 25; Casablanca:
• A visit to the associations of the Union based in Casablanca and lunch at one of them, praying in the mosque of Hassan II, a visit to some Moroccan businessmen and talk about the national economy.
January 26; Marrakech:
• The historical and cultural side of the Kingdom of Morocco: the configuration mixing between scientific knowledge and the tourism aspect.
January 27; Marrakech:
• Contacting the professors in the history of Moroccan civilization.
January 28; Agadir:
• See the reality of agricultural development the Suss.
January 29; Laayoun:
• See one of the issues tearing the Muslim world, a relic of the cold war and the remnants of colonialism.
30 January; Laayoun:
• Viewing the Sahara issue and visit officials in the region.
31 January:
• back to Agadir, a visit to the officials, and overnight by there.
February 1:
• farewell in the Mohammed V airport: Preparation of Moroccan Gifts to the youth.
